Rothschild critiques the weak Democratic response to Pam Bondi’s fiery Senate hearing, highlighting her evasive tactics and Trump-aligned aggression. The episode discusses the implications of Trump’s potential Insurrection Act, urging resistance and civic engagement, including protests and general strikes. Rothschild offers historical context, arguing for the power of demonstrations. Callers add perspectives on the effectiveness of protests, prompting a lively debate on activism’s role in today’s political climate.
