SSM Health Receives Workplace Safety Award

SSM Health was honored with the Wisconsin Safety Council Workplace Safety Award during the 83rd Annual Safety Conference held this week at the Kalahari Resorts & Convention Center in Wisconsin Dells. The award underscores the health care organization’s commitment to fostering a culture of safety and ensuring the well-being of everyone who enters its facilities.

The awards program is sponsored by Wisconsin’s Department of Workforce Development and M3 Insurance to recognize companies within Wisconsin that prioritize safety culture and have maintained exemplary safety records. A panel of independent safety, health, and insurance professionals selected the winners based on criteria that included company safety records, training programs, safety and health leadership, and other accomplishments.
