Amazon Strikes Deal with Diamond Sports, Bringing Milwaukee Brewers Games to Streaming Service

Fans of the Milwaukee Brewers will have a new way to watch the team. It was revealed Wednesday, in reporting from the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, that Amazon has agreed to a contract with Diamond Sports, the company that operates the Bally Sports collection of regional sports channels.

Five MLB teams will now have their games streamed on Amazon Prime as part of the partnership, that includes the Milwaukee Brewers, along with the Detroit Tigers, Kansas City Royals, Miami Marlins, and Tampa Bay Rays.

The specifics of availability and pricing will be disclosed at a later date, but for now, cable and satellite providers like Charter will continue offering regional sports programming, such as Bally Sports North, to their customers.

Early in 2021, Bally Sports replaced Fox Sports as the regional sports network.
