Metro Area: The entire metro area, including Milwaukee-Waukesha-West Allis, recorded an unemployment rate of 2.8% in January 2024, marking a 0.2% decrease from the previous month and a 0.1% decrease from the previous year.

Racine County: Racine County maintained a 3.3% unemployment rate in January 2024, staying consistent with the previous month but decreasing by 0.1% compared to the previous year.

Kenosha County: The unemployment rate in Kenosha County for January 2024 was 3.1%, showing a decline of 0.1% from the previous month and a decrease of 0.1% compared to the previous year.

City of Waukesha: Waukesha reported an unemployment rate of 2.4% in January 2024, reflecting a decrease of 0.1% from the previous month and a decrease of 0.1% compared to the previous year.
